I recommend that anyone who feels that they are crazy or is concerned about themselves should read this book. Read the book, get the audio book and listen to it as well. "The New Earth" is also a good read. Pay very close attention to what is written and said. It is very enlightening. I thought for awhile that I was crazy. I lead a pretty normal life but on the inside by thoughts were completely distorted. This book has made such a profound difference in my life that I had to tell people here about it.I have read over 50 books in self improvement and I was a pyschology minor in college. No pyschology book or self-improvement book has made the change in me that this one has.
