I am taking 200 to 300 mg of Seroquel at night to sleep. I want to stop taking - maybe go back to ambien. Any suggestions?

Hi Julie,

I think that you should ask your doctor about not taking Seroquel anymore.
Your doctor needs to ween you off the Seroquel before you start taking another drug.

Hi Julie

Be really careful coming off seroquel. I tried to stop cold turkey (I thought I would die!). I was taking 600mg. You need to speak to your psychiatrist and taper slowly.
