Seeking thoughts on the collective of a daily struggle, wondered if there's a pattern here anyone has seen before..

MOTOR TICS

- Widespread muscle clenching
- Crossing arms, tapping fingers on opposite wrists
- hand flexing
- Blocking, freezing movement
- cracking knuckles
- grimacing, facial contortions
- Finger smelling, pulling
- Rapidly rubbing fingers across thumbs, snapping motion
- Smacking self
- Forced noises
- Tapping fingers
- Waving fingers
- Tapping, shaking feet
- Snapping toes (big toes rubbing against 2nd toes)
- Body hair pulling
- Nose twitching, touching
- Tugging detached hairs through teeth
- Scalp picking
- 'Scanning' (running fingers over skin, picking at rough spots)
- Tearing cuticles
- Nail biting

VOCAL TICS

- Blocking (unable to get sound out)
- Breath holding
- Gasping
- Guttural sounds
- Unintelligible noises
- Palilalia (repeating own words)
- Squeaking, squealing


MENTAL STUFF

- Easy to shut down, withdraw
- Mild to moderate agoraphobia
- Afraid to answer/use the phone
- Difficulty vocalizing feelings/needs
- Paranoia re: what people say about me when I'm not there
- Oversensitive reactions
- Sudden downward mood swings
- Thoughts of harm to self (not acted upon)
- Thoughts of doom, world ending
- Difficulty self-motivating
- Difficulty controlling thoughts
- Difficulty focusing on a task
- Compulsion to make things even
- Hoarding
