why do i have low self esteem!
a friend of mien asked me what i do liek about myself
and i couldnt thin kof a thing!!! a lot of people give me goood reasons to liek myself! im nt too ugly looking and im not a fat gurl and things but i just think i could be better i could do betetr and i put myself down!
all my best friends are tall glamourous and pretty and im not compared to them! im a plain jane i think! mum thinks im lovely because i smile all the time and im happy a lot and sing but im nt too sure ! why am i feeling liek this anyonee know ?

First, I want to tell you that although you may not think so, looks has very little to do with self esteem. I am tall, glamorous, thin and pretty. My self esteem is zero. It always has been. My life is a disaster because of my low self confidence. Sometimes I don't feel I can go on living. What keeps me going are my kids. I have barely any friends and have had a hard time with relationships my whole life. I feel inferior to most people, it doesn't matter that most of them are not thin, tall and glamorous. Looks and appearance mean very little, much less than you think.
