| Friend with daily feelings of dread...
I have a close friend that always has a somewhat odd and negative attitiude. Today, I got some information out of her and she told me a few things. She said that everyday she feels like its hard for her to breathe, she has mild panic attacks(not every day), and feelings like death is coming.
Not sure what that last part means. I tried to get her to explain more and she just feels like she's tired of being hurt and is ready to die. Shes been to several doctors regarding her panic attacks and breathing problems. None have diagnosed her with anything.
Any ideas or tips?
