Hello,
I m experiencing a mental trouble issue but hasn't yet figured out what kind that would be nor has my psychologist given me a clear explanation.
It seems to occur a day by bay basis. Normally after something has triggered it.
I' ll start by mentioning some facts(situations) of what is going on, followed by the symptoms which acts accordingly the same.
a- I m doing something or waiting for something and then I feel cornered somehow because of negative thoughts that came to mind like how am I going to act, what am I going to say, how 'd it feel for the other person etc.
b- I got angry for some reason.
c- I kept on thinking for a while like something I am gonna do, or someone I m gonna meet etc.
d- I m at a meeting, at a hair dresser, at a dentist. Negative thoughts flood in like how am I suppose to sit, appear and act.
e- I had to sign a paper or write something and someone is looking.
After all mentioned above, in less than a minute I go into a panic- stress situation and then lose control of everything around me primarily the ability to think properly and more:
- On the edge, frustrated, stressed.
- Shortage in speaking, hearing and smelling.
- Slowness of understanding.
- Thought race.
- Body trembling.
- Memory lose.
- Unsure.
- yawning and sleepy.
- Hearing a beep in my ear.
- Stress in my stomach (left side according to me) that extends from my head back right side.
