Help, What should I do?
My spose woke up[ todqy feeling anxious. He described it as a fire in his stomach and that he was on edge. As the day went by the edginess remained. Knowing he wwas edgy I kept things quiet. It seemed to get better. At dinner he lost his tempert with one the kids which cause me to get angry and stomp off. After I calmed down I went to talk to him.. he's sitting spaced out. Saying that he hates everything, all that he see's is black. that he feels like hurting himself. I talked to him enough to calm...and get him to bed. What should I do next?
