Hi Amy,
The other was "Been There, Done That? Do This! by Sam *****. I personally find this the best starter book as it is an easy read and takes you through the whole CBT process from the point of view of someone who is suffering. Once you're done I'd definitely pick up a copy of "Feeling Good" too as it is more indepth and just an excellent resource to have.
