Tactile Hallucination? Bed vibrating?

For many years I've experienced my bed shaking mildly at night (every once in a while) when others can't feel anything. I'm fully awake, so I know whatever is happening is not one of those hallucinations you get upon falling asleep and waking. I have schizoaffective disorder, but never had any visual or audio hallucinations.

I get very scared and frustrated when my husband can't feel anything. I talked to my psychiatrist about it, and he suggested that it could be Meniere's disease. I read about it, and it's not it.

I hope I'm being clear describing this sensation. If anyone has experienced this, please let me know. Thanks.

Re: Tactile Hallucination? Bed vibrating?

When I was on Prozac, I could feel my bed shaking underneath me at night, as if there had been an earthquake. And I was living in Maryland at the time, so it definitely wasn't an earthquake! When I sat up or got out of bed, it was gone. Only when I was horizontal.
