For the past week i have noticed myself to have cases of memory loss, I've totally forgot things like Bringing my work folder into class, forgetting my P.E Kit and missed my Athletics Competition with Air Cadets today.
For each of these days i had fully prepared for it the Previous night...than it just slips my mind and up to now it's starting to concern me, i don't tend to forget things like this and it just slips my mind, i don't know whether it's cause by stress or a distraction.
I don't know if it's just Short term memory loss or something worse, that is what concerns me.
you know, I'm having the same problems right now. I seem to be forgetting things a whole lot, and I'm not sure why either. But what I have been told, is that make sure you're eating healthy, getting all the vitamins and stuff you need, and of course getting enough sleep.
