...successfully reducing abilify...

Hi, i'd like to tell everyone how great i feel now. Having reduced abilify from 30mg to 10mg and more importantly taking nutritional supplements I now am more switched on, think and feel better.

My depression has gone and hopefully for good this time.

if you equip yourself with the basics of physiology and biochemistry I'm sure you will get something out of it. I believe life is about learning and insight and so the more we know about ourselves and our illnesses the closer we are to living.
