Re: I need to stop eating!

Hello Goldfish123.

I think the first step would be to identify the patterns and motivates for your compulsive eating. Do you eat large meals or snack frequently? Do you eat when you feel stressed, bored, depressed or anxious? Is there a particular time or activity you like to eat extra food such as when watching TV or socializing with friends and family?

I think once you've become more aware of your eating habits I suggest finding a therapist or joining a support group for finding way to control your frequent thoughts about food. Something else you could try is finding a friend to exercise with so you'll be more likely to stick to an exercise plan.

If you want to stop sleeping then you have to do some of the yoga and pranayama. and also when you feeling sleepy then do some work or watch T.V or music which you like do some activity so you avoid the sleep .
