ESA work related activity group or support? (UK)

Hi everyone,
I have recently started a claim for ESA (employment and support allowance) for mental health issues, I had a "medical assessment" from the DWP contracted doctors a couple of weeks ago and today received a letter informing me that I have an appointment with a personal adviser from job centre plus in relation to my ESA claim, but no letter telling me whether I am in the support or work related activity group. I take it from this that I have been placed in the latter but I'm not sure. I was wondering if anyone has any experience of this and could tell me what this appointment is and whether its another assessment or a work related activity?
