What is my problem?
I am 23 years old male. I am in a relationship for more than 3.5 years. Unnecessarily I doubt my girlfriend for no reason. I know she is a good girl. But without knowing some doubt is coming inside my mind about any affair that she has. I had an ex-lover. She cheated me and went with some other boy. Is there any connection with this? I love my girl very much and I scold her unncecessarily for scrap things. She is very true to me. But I cant get rid of my doubt. Pls help

Hello Sabaresh.

I think your behavior may be driven by the assumption that because an ex-girlfriend has cheated on you, your current girlfriend will do the same. Perhaps it would be beneficial if you would talk to a relationship counselor about your difficulty with trusting your girlfriend?
