First, what mental issue you have?

Olanzapine(Zyprexa) is anti-psychotic med. which has 'sedating effect,' while Ritlin or Dexedrine is 'stimulant.' Then, two meds. has completely opposite effect. I think you can take both meds., .... but it all DEPENDS on your mental issue.

That's said, without any explanation regarding your mental issue, I can not provide any further information, except sound like you have Bipolar or similar mental issue which requires one of powerful psycho. meds., 'olanzapine.'

What med. for OCD? As far as I know, Anti-depressant is mostly rx'ed for OCD, not olanzapine. Olanzapine is a kind 'booster' to get more efficacy.

Since med. combo. is very individualized and 'one for work good is not necessarily work for others.' For instance, med. combo. really works for your friend with same mental issue you have not necessarily works well for you. For that reason, you need to go through 'trial and errors' to find a right med. combo.

Olanzapine is one of powerful meds., you certainly need to ask your psychiarist whether this med. combo. is right for you.
