It sounds like you suffer from social anxiety. You're not alone. You should see your doctor for a referral to a mental health evaluation--I know that sounds intimidating and scary, but don't worry, it doesn't mean you're crazy, it's just how they decide whether you are currently suffering from depression, anxiety, or both, so you can all decidewhat kind of meds or therapy you might use to get better. I think both meds and therapy helps a lot with anxiety, though the meds can be completely temporary if you want. Personally, I hate being on antidepressants, but I have to admit they can be really helpful for getting you out of a bad funk.
Also, don't be afraid to ask your doctor for help with this! It's not going to go away on it's own and anxiety like this can get WORSE without treatment, so you need to take care of it sooner rather than later (you want to live again, right?). Depression and anxiety are REALLY common and totally treatable, so there is no reason to feel hopeless or embarrassed about it.
