hiya everyone been refered to themental health team and seeing a phycitrist for the first time scared and do not know what 2 expect

iv been sufering serviere anxciety and deep depression scince childhood im 31 know
i finerley went to my doc earley this year he proscribed me anti depresents but diddnt wont to take them i got refered for counserling at therophy for u it was only 6 sessions and she refored me to the kas team i also got refered to the mental health community project in my area it is a garderning project for ppl that suffer from mental health there is a social worker ,counserler,and a mental health nurse on the team and they have been very warried about me and also poshing for a referal one of them r even coming with me to the appointment i think to make shore i go as they know what i am like
iv been thro so much over the last few years iv been on the edge having thoughts of soiside and self harming thoughts alough i harmed myself from 13 to 20 and i did give in when everythink got to much i cut my tummy and thies up i just need to tern the mental pain into physical

i can tell u know tho i will do all the therophy in the world but they r not chucking pills down my throught they can do 1 im just warried they might end up hospitalised me i really dont wont to go on a little holiday
