Please help me-derelization

Hi, I'm 15 years old and recently I've been experiencing derelization. I've researched a lot about the topic and I'm pretty sure I experience most of the symptoms. I am really worried as I am going on holiday in just under two weeks and don't want to experience ANY derelization when I am there because I'll just freak out about it (I'm a hypochondriac), anyway I have recently become a vegetarian and may be low on the vitamin b12, so I was just wondering whether this might be why I have derelization. I have also suffered from anxiety for quite some time and i worry about everything, I am beginning to stay in my house all the time as I am worried the derelization will take place when I'm in the car or out, please help me and give me some reassurance.

Thanks

Re: Please help me-derelization

Derealization generally occurs when someone worries so much the mind forgets to process information it gets stuck in third person, you could say. A minless, colorless, fog. Hypochondria and anxiety just adds onto further derealizating yourself.
