| recent shortness of breath, prior asbestos exposure...
My father is 62 years old and in decent shape but still works a pretty physical job driving tractor trailer. He is a local driver, so moves and cranks trailers multiple times per day. When he overexerts himself while working, he find he has a shortness of breath and has to lean against the wall to catch his breath. When doing normal daily activities he is fine and seemingly has no other symptoms. While one might think his age is catching up to him in this physical job, we are more concered because he does has prior asbestos and chemical exposure in his job from the 1970s and 1980s. He also had agent orange exposure from Vietnam. For those familiar with mesothelioma, what other symptoms first appeared and is shortness of breath generally one of the first things to start? Thanks for any input!
