I'm looking for information on the link between military-grade or overseas vaccines to the development of Type II Diabetes. I'm even willing to look at the overall Gulf War Syndrome as it relates to Diabetes II.

Throughout my research of GWI, I have noticed that almost all diseases are deemed "childhood" diseases. But Diabetes II is vastly different from childhood Type I Diabetes.

If any veteran has developed diabetes since their service in the Gulf, I would appreciate info. If any spouse or adult child has developed diabetes since their veteran relative served in the Gulf, I would appreciate the info.

Specifically, my husband, the non-veteran, has developed severe Type II Diabetes. It's right in line with his heritage (more than 25% Native American) and his genetic makeup (women in his family have it without missing a generation). His Type II Diabetes fits the description of Chronic Fatigue Immuno-Dysfunction Syndrome to a T. My CFIDS is associated with cytomegalovirus. His CFIDS is associated with chronic Eptstein-Barr Virus.

But his diabetes is a little different. His doctors have prescribed all the wrong medications, and have failed to instruct him on diet concerns. Can't go into all the details right now, but other diabetics don't have his problems. Any insight or search words I could plug into search engines would help. Thanks for reading.
