I was diagnosed with this "micro-plasma" bug recently and am a bit puzzled about how this one is getting about.
My symptoms are headaches, swollen glands, feeling of weakness all over the body, sicky and dizzy feeling intermittently and general lethargy.
The doc said when prescribing anti-biotics, that this bug needs a different treatment to the normal penicillins and can take 10 - 14 days before the drug starts to have any effect.
The drug prescribed was Erythromycin (Gastric resistant tablets) at 250 mg.
Apparently there is a lot of this about and it seems it can be passed by an airborn particle rather than bodily contact as I understand it.
Nasty little bug - I blame chem trails in the sky myself lol!
