What should I do
I don't know if I should appeal the unfavorable decision from the ALJ.Or just start all over again.Plus my lawyer quit on me.My VA Dr. really didn't help any.My nerves have been shot the last week.I go see my Mental Health Dr. on Friday hope she can give me something to settle my nerves.She had told me once before she could help me get on disability from the VA, so I think I am going to ask her about that. I have a lot of health problems. I have COPD , chronic bronchitis,emphysema,depression,anxiety, acid reflux,high cholesterol,IBS with constipation,numbness in both hands,arthritis in both hands,carpal tunnel in right hand,my right knee and right angel gives away with me.Thats is all I can think of right now.So could anyone tell me should I appeal or start over.

Hello,

From your post you appear to be a veteran. With any disabilities filing, you have to have documentation. Make sure all your problems are well documented and have copies if possible. If not documented, be sure to get your doctors name and address where the VA or Social Security can get the information they require.

I don't know if this helped any but I wanted to try.
