Can anyone tell me if they had a similar experience when they knew they were pregnant and micarrying?

At 15, I had severe cramps and lower back pain. I felt something coming out of my vagina, so I went to the bathroom. I saw blood , clots, and grayish tissue. I always had normal and crampless periods before and after that episode. i never suspected pregnancy . I never went to a doctor because my dad and stepmom didnt take me. And I was stupid and didnt ask because I was confused and scared. I nned to know what really happened to me. I appreciate any responses.

Do you remember at all if your period was late or abnormal?

It is very possible that you had a miscarriage but impossible to say for sure.

A miscarriage happens very much like you descibe.

Another possibility is that you passed some endometrial tissue.

If you never had problems before and haven't had problems since then I would say you indeed did have a miscarriage.

I'm sorry I can't offer you any certainty about the situation.
