I've been doing tons of reading on this and most professionals say after your first normal period.
I think it is all up to the individual but I'm new to this game and wasn't that upset with my miscarriage...I wasn't totally sure I was pregnant and very early so it makes it easier and therefore less emotional and scared about trying again.
