you blood type can't change - you are either negative or not. When u are RH negative and your husband is positive then u must get the shot at the first sign of any miscarriage. During pregnancy they give it at 26 weeks (I think) and right before or after delivery (I think). I am also rh- and my dh was never tested so when I started to miscarry they gave me the shot.
