Wow, thats horrible! I was only 11 weeks, I cant imagine going any further into a pregnancy.
Do you know why you had a miscarriage?
Did you have a D and C, did you deliver?
If you want to try again, you should wait until your next normal period. It also might be a good idea to find out why, since the miscarriage was so late.

I lost identical twin boys at 18-19 weeks. We waited 3 cycles, during that time, I exercised, took prenatels,and watched what I ate. To help get ready for the next pg. I got pg right away and had a healthy baby girl born at 36 weeks (induced). It is different with every person. Some want to get pg "right away", some want a longer grieving time, etc, it is personaly up to you, when and if you want to ttc again. My ob said to have basically the same Rules as a delivery, nothing in vagina for 4-6 weeks, no heavy lifting, etc. Since it was a second trimister loss. My hardest part is when my milk came in, and no babies to feed.
