if you experience spotting for 1 day, cramping and back pain for a day.

if you experience spotting for 1 day, cramping and back pain for a week. Does that mean you have miscarried?

No, spotting for 1 day does not mean you've miscarried. If you start heavy bleeding bright red, then that is a sign. Since you've got cramping that's lasting a while, it might be good to check with your Dr, just to check. If the pain is severe, there's a chance it could be ectopic, which you'd want to check right away to make sure it's not.

I hope things go well for you.
