Should I be concerned?

I was wondering if I should be concerned that my HCG levels are not doubling but they are going up. I still have signs of pregnancy and feel really tired. I do not have bleeding or spotting so I have to wait till weds to go get an u/s to see if the fetus is growing. Would my body feel weird if I was going to miscarry? My level was in the 7000 and only went up to 10,000....so the Dr.s are concerned that i might be having a missed miscarriage.....I dont want to stress or worry but I just want to know do we still have a chance the pregnancy goes well?
