My girlfriend used to be on the birth control pill, and I myself would always make sure to use a condom. Because my gf developed some type of cyst in the uterus, she stopped taking the pill. During this while, her issue worsened to the point she was having profuse bleeding. We went to the doctor, and the doctor said she was/had been pregnant, but she had suffered a miscarriage.


Doctors recommended an ultrasound to rid of any unborn fetus, but because they warned my gf that it could be risky that she may not get pregnant again, she was fearful of it, and never went to get the ultrasound drainage.


2 months prior, she has some complications with her menstrual cycle and we begin heading to the doctors to perform an ultrasound and see what was going on. Turns out, that according to doctors, my gf has been pregnant for 3 months, and the baby showed motion in the ultrasound.


So, now, I am scared and confused about the whole ordeal. Everything at first pointed that my gf had suffered a miscarriage, however, now she turns to be pregnant, fetus shows no abnormalities. Eitherway, I am eager to know more about what could have happened, and would like to find more sources into the material, to find out if what we are really dealing here, could be a still-birth, if after all this my gf could have any complications during labor, or if the baby will be born with some congenital abnormalities
