my doctor says im having a suspected miscariage

hiya im 18yrs old and just lokkin for advice, my doctor says im having a suspected miscariage and i had a normal period at the begining of the month. thn was normal n started bleeding really heavy-back hurting n belly feels cramp n heavy/emotional? what dya think? i dint no a was pregnant:S
