Yes, I have heard of this.
I don't even think it's all that rare. I've spoken with several women on the internet who have this condition.
Apparently it increases your risk of miscarriage and preterm birth, yet most women with this condition can give birth successfully.
In fact, I've read several stories of women with this condition being pregnant with two babies at once, who are not twins: one in each side of the partitioned uterus.

So, from that perspective, you're potentially capable of doing something that ordinary women can't do: carrying two babies at once who aren't twins.
