| No heart beat tilted uterus
Hi we just received bad news today at week 11. They said no heart beat. This is so devastating since we basically were told we could not get pregnant. I am over 40 and to get pregnant with my first was a true blessing. We had two vaginal ultrasounds in week 7 and 9 that showed heartbeat and the pole forming we were so excited. Today's test was with a abdominal ultrasound and I am not sure if they are as accurate. I also have a tilted uterus. As you know this type of news is so tragic and they suggested a d&c right away and believe it or not it is scheduled for tomorrow morning December 23. They suggested before Christmas (what a Christmas present). The reason for my post is I have been reading so much about tilted uterus and detecting the heartbeat. Anyone with a similar expierence or can offer help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Time is of the essence.
