Question Tired Again

I had mono in the fall, and finally started to get over the fatigue around New Years. Last week I started to lose my appetite again and I'm tired all day. I ate one meal in two full days and I couldn't even finish it, and now I'm catching a small cold (I can't remember how many colds I've had since I had mono), So I have a few questions.

1. Should I go to the doctor again, or am I still getting over the mono from the fall?

2. My doctor told me that marijuana and alcohol will drain me and make me feel tired again. I'm doing my best to limit my use, but when I lose my appetite, I go days without eating if I don't smoke. Is it worse to smoke or not eat?
