Chronic swollen lymph nodes

Is there any way to fix this?

I was diagnosed with mono last october, and the 2 recurring symptoms that won´t go away are swollen lymph nodes in my neck and fatigue.

I can deal with the fatigue, I have learned how. But I seriously cannot stand the swelling. It hurts and makes me feel fat, which in turn makes me depressed and eat a lot, I have gained nearly 11 lbs since october.

Please, help? Any medicine, alternative medicine, excercise, anything?

Thanks.
