| Canker sores/Ulcers and sore throat after mono
Basically, I got diagnosed with Mono around a month ago, my symptoms cleared up sort of, I still had a mild sore throat, but I felt a lot better in myself. Last week I developed an ulcer on the dangly bit at the back of the throat that made it quite painful to eat. Since Monday I've had an outbreak of ulcers in the mouth mainly at the back of the throat and my sore throat has worsened and it feels harder to swallow.
Is this because my immune system is weak due to mono? My family seem to have caught a throat infection too so I don't know if it's all linked!
