Unhappy Does having mono raise blood pressure

I've been sick for a while now first it was a cold, and that made my blood pressure go up (177/100 range)then I got pink eye 3x blood pressure still up. So I got some antibiotics because thought I had an infection. I started feeling a little better then 2 days later I felt the fever coming on again. Went back to the Dr. and she said she suspected mono. I'll know for sure tomorrow but from reading sounds like it probably mono. After a month the blood pressure went down to normal for 2 days then I got feverish again and the blood pressure is back up. Does mono usually come and go like that?

I take coreg cr 40 and lisinipril 40.

Re: Does having mono raise blood pressure

The Dr. gave me a blood test but it came out normal, but after looking at web md it was pretty sure I had mono. I still don't feel well though. I think I still have it.

If you have it, it can take a long time to get better. Especially if you are not able to just stay home and rest. The best thing to do is to get as much rest as possible.
