Just Wondering - Multiple Sclerosis Message Board

Hi. Hope everyone is well. I was wondering if anyone knows of or has had lesions anywhere else besides the brain and spine. My husband has lesions on his liver and spleen. They say they are not cancer. Is this part of MS or just something else to figure out? Doctors haven't said and I can't find anything on the web. Thanks and take care.

As far as I know, MS lesions are found in the spine and brain.

I was told in the hospital this past year, after having a liver scan, that many people have benign cysts on their livers.....not a big deal.

I would certainly ask your doctor what he thinks those lesions could be.
