Honestly, at least as far as ABCR drugs go, I don't think there's a wrong choice. I'm personally on Rebif because TO ME it seemed the most aggressive. I looked in depth at all the websites (those for the drugs and message boards like this) and I came to that conclusion.
My neuro said (approximately) that I could do whichever seemed the best to me, although he did steer me away from Copaxone because (in his opinion) it took the longest to work (again stressing aggressive).
I also did an in-home solumedrol drip & a prednison taper to speed up recovery from my last flare. It helped a lot, especially with my eyes & legs.
I find Rebif very easy to tolerate & the injection schedule is not too bad. And luckily my insurance covers it, so my copay is only $100/3 months. Thank God for that.
The only other thing I'll say is I'm pretty new to this, so someone who has been dealing with this longer might have a different opinion.
