| Hypothyroid, but symptoms keep pointing to MS
It started with a viral infection that lasted two weeks and came back two weeks later. then I was skipping menstrals. Every three months I'd take hormones to have one, because I was getting ovarian cysts. Following that I had 3 UTI within three months followed by kidney stone and unexplained blood in my urine. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in July and put on synthroid to level me out. My recent test keep coming up that I'm in the normal ranges and I've even requested special tests to check it more in detail. But I'm still having shooting pains in my left arrm and leg and lower back pains and bladder problems. I had a test done to check the nerves of my bladder last week and I don't think it went so well. Seems my bladder is not emptying and overexpanding. I"ve been to a neurologist which found a damaged nerve in my left leg, but he did an mri and nothing else show up. No explanation for the pain in my arm. I've been having heart flutter or rushes that are getting more frequint and chest pains. I've got numbness in both feet from my big toe up to my ankle and I'm starting to get depressed. Yesterday when they called to say my thyroid test came back in normal ranges I broke out in tears and cried on and off all day. My MRI's have been coming back clean as for symptoms of MS, but other symptoms keep me thinking it could still be. I've also had diarrea for three weeks now. I'm on neurontin, naproxen and synthroid. Recently started birthcontrol, but symptoms started before I started. I feel hopeless now and don't know what to do. I guess I just needed to come on and vent a little. I'm only 30 and have been pretty sick since June this year. I've got kids and a husband to take care of and it's been so hard just to get out of bed in the mornings. I won't find out the result to the endoscopy until maybe monday, but I"m starting to panic and tired of fighting when I don't know what I'm even fighting. Thanks for listening to my rant.
