I have to disagree with anseay. I don't think MS in itself makes one more susceptible to colds.
Speaking from personal experience only, I have had only one bad cold since I was diagnosed with MS 10 years ago. I am on Amantadine which is an anti-viral and may explain, at least in part, my lack of colds.
You should bring this up with your neuro, however, as there could be something non-MS related going on.
