I get the bobble-head also,and sometimes get pressure in my head but not sure about the tightness,unless to me it feels like the pressure,,lol,,that probably does'nt help you any

I haven't been to these boards for some time but am very familiar with MS. Currently I'm SPMS and have been diagnosed for over 14 years.
As to the "tightness" in your head problem......I've asked this question many times with no response so am excited to see someone else actually ask this question! YES.........in fact right now my head feels ready to explode any minute! Do you also get a "full" feeling all over your body?
I'm extremely weather sensitive and can feel storms coming, or high humidity, the day before. Also have Fibromyalgia and blamed the "tight" feeling on it, but maybe the MS is at fault too.
I am so glad to hear someone else describethe bobble head feeling! Thats exactly how I feel !!
I least I don't feel like I am going crazy. It took me a while to describe it to the doctor. Becuase it wasn't exactly like dizzyness or room spinning feeling. I was just diagnosed in June with ms. Do you get any numbness in your face or pain in your hands or arms?
