mercury fillings & ms
Hi, does anyone know of a connection between the two? I havent been dxed yet and feel like I am going crazy waiting for answers. I went for a spine mri 2 weeks ago today and have heard nothing. Should it take this long? Anyway, I went to the dentist today and she wants to remove a fractured tooth with a lg mercury filling in it. I had filled when I was child. She was worried that it has been leaking into my gum. AAGGGHHH, one more thing to worry about

Hi,

I dont know of any connection but i know mercury poisoning can mimic MS symptoms. 6 years ago i swallowed a loose filling and for the past 2 years i have had neuroligical problems. I dont know if swallowing that filling has anything to do with it or not.
