exercise again

Hi,
The general conception is exercise is good for us, of which I agree.
Does anyone actually know the reason why after exercising the muscles do not or cannot get back there strength.
Best wishes to all

Re: exercise again

there are nerve impulses that stimulate & control the muscles. if nerve damage from MS is affecting limbs, muscle loss/control can occur.
