You have inspired me. I'm not going to wait for the station problems to get worked out here in Phoenix. I'm going to explore doing my own internet radio station. In the midst of all my fear and anxiety I need to play music for people. The wonderful thing about it is, I can edit myself on the computer, make it SOUND like I can put together a flawless sentence!
FYI, I'm feeling sort of "clingy" to this board as my next appt. approaches. I've been in PHX for 3 days, no A/C in my car, horrible and scary to me. Thank you, you've helped me to stay optimistic. Headed for airport, another red-eye back to DC...

NOW you're talkin' Lilc!! I don't know much about it, but I hear "pod casting" is the next big thing for internet broadcasting and from the little I understand from a co-worker, it doesn't sound all that hard! I am SO excited for you! And I am SO glad..THRILLED..that you are not waiting in limbo, but getting on with living! YOU GO GIRL!!! And with your gift for communication, you could even do some blogging with the internet broadcasting!

MS does not mean any of us ever has to give up. We may have to find a another road to get where we're going, but we don't have to allow this thief to steal our dreams, our hopes and desires. I think I feel a song and a sermon coming on..ha!

Cilng to this board all you want...that's what it's here for. I am SO thankful for every individual who participates. I have learned so much from everyone - this board is a huge help and comfort. I wish I had found it when I was waiting for dx!

You have to have a TEST before you have a TESTIMONY! Two days until appt, getting away from 105 heat has helped a lot, feeling pretty good today.
My friend/mentor and I actually had an internet station on Streaming Faith for a while. Have to look into cost, but I'm going to find a way! It isn't hard, and we always used our own, extensive CD collections, so coming up with enough music is not a problem. It will keep my mind off of my tingly hands. Will keep you posted.

I have no idea how you get by in Arizona heat! Indiana isn't as bad, but what heat we have had along with the combined humidity, has worn me out!

Keep me posted on the internet thing...that's exciting!!!!!
