I started an IV series this week, and I'm thinking about you. I went for my first dose this morning, and I have nothing but a red mark where the needle went in, and where the bandaid stuck to my skin.

I drank about 47 gallons of water, and I took my prescription antacid. I am in the office, at work today with no problem. I am going to stairmaster my *** off this evening, to exhaust myself into a restful (narcotic-induced) sleep, and do it all again tomorrow.

You can do it too!

Oh DJ,

I'm sorry you're needing the 'roids, but you're so sweet to think of me and let this 'roid weenie know how well you're doing. After I got so much positive feedback from everyone I have to say I'm almost excited to tell my neuro that I'll consider the treatment should I need it. Not that I'm in any hurry of course! But I feel so much more informed. I think I'll be able to read negative 'roid posts and not freak out at the thought of having treatment.

Thanks again for your help. I hope you continue to have a smooth comeback. Keep me posted!
