Twitching
How do you know if something is an MS symptom or just some random weird thing? Last week the side of my right hand was twitching off and on for several days, it would happen like every 10 minutes and last about 30 seconds. It was a very pronounced twitch, other people could see it and would say "gross, what's up with your hand". It lasted about a week and then sort of tapered off. Is this an MS thing? I know people get twitches here and there, but I've never had it happen in the same place for a long time and be so noticeable.

I too have been having twitching in my fingers and toes. Yes, this is a MS thing, or so my nurse told me when I was having my visual evoked potential test. Do you have any other symptoms or just this? If it's just the twitching, I wouldn't jump to think that it is MS. If you are having some of the other symptoms, I would look into it. Hopefully you won't have MS!!!
