the dr. office changed my hubby's appt. to monday please pray we find something out.

that's wonderful. sometimes the worst part is waiting for appts. and test results. What kind of dr. is he seeing??

just his gp he has to have a referral to see anyone else insurance requires it. still doesnt help that much but im hoping they can get something done.

I am fortunate to live in a little town, but am very close to Grapevine and Dallas, so good docs very close by. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to find a good neurologist...there are a lot of bad ones out there....not necesarrily quacks...just not good bedside manner. It's scary and you need a supportive doc. I know my ms is hard on my husband AND my kids....I hope he gives a good referral right away. When I was first diagnosed back in '93 it all went pretty fast. MRI, blood tests and lumbar puntur..Wallah...MS

Mrs., I'm praying you get help on Monday. Be as aggresive as you need to be to get some comfort. And take Kelli's advice - ask them for something for his PAIN!
