Hi All,
Has anyone heard about stem cell treatment for ms, as I read in an English paper, that a women had it done and she felt a lot better after having it done.
Hi!! If you can, get the July (?) issue of National Geographic and look at the editorial. It talks about a man who was in a wheelchair and now he walks unassisted. I have been trying to research this, but the best that I can find out is that it is risky. I am looking for a way to repair the damage that has already been done and just get on with life. Feeling normal or even close to it would be such a gift, don't you think? Have a great day! Barb
Hi Barb,
Thanks for your reply.
I have found out a little bit more about the treatment, apparently there are no side affects to speak about.
I am waiting on some more info, when I get it I'll let you know.
Have a good day.

I don't know much about this, so if my question is totally stupid, just ignore me! BUT, if MS is an autoimmune disorder, won't the new cells be attacked as well?
