Question Too Much Sleep????

The last few nights I have been exhausted. I had two acupuncture treatments last week and ever since have been sleeping about 10-11 hrs a night. Still waking up groggy though. Is this too much sleep? Anyone else with MS sleep like this?

Re: Too Much Sleep????

It's not possible to sleep too much, if you are truly sleeping, and not just laying around.

Re: Too Much Sleep????

I'm not trying to be funny, but I'm so jealous. When I go home (I live in Phoenix, work in Washington, DC) the best part of the trip is getting to sleep 10 or more hours a night. It just ins't an option when I'm here (DC)...Fatigue is part of the deal, I guess.
