I just read in one of your post responses that your nurse told you that you could only inject your Avonex into your upper thigh. I was on Avonex for three years and was told any large muscle would be fine. Even the demo from the drug company says you can put into your upper arm or upper outer buttock. Believe me, even though you only inject once a week, your thighs will get sore and need a break. If someone can help you they can do your arms or if you can reach, those butt shots go in easy! Check with your sister (you said she's an RN?) she can confirm this info. Any other Avonex users out there who inject spots besides their legs??? Lets hear from you!
